Winstrol only cycle!! Take a look!

Hey. I'm starting a winstrol only cycle today.

Weeks 1-5: 100mg winstrol I* ED

Also 1g ALA, 500mg Milktistle, 1500mg Glucosamine, 3g C-vitamin, Multi-vitamines, and of course at least 4.5L wather per day.

My goals are to gain an inch or so on my arms. Therefor I wont workout other parts as much as i will do my arms. It will look something like this:
Monday: Chest(2 set bench, 2 set flyes), Back(2 set DL 2 set Chins)
Tuesday: Biceps/triceps(DB hammercurl, 3 set, DB curl 2 set, EZ-curl narrow 1 set, tri: 3 set Dips, 2 set triceps pushdown, 1set french presses.)
Wednsday: rest
Thu: Legs, rais, abs
Friday: as tuesday
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest

What do U say?
 
Have you always trained the same bodypart twice a week? I'm asking this b/c if you haven't, you may want to be careful that you don't overtrain them. Other than that and assuming this isn't your first cycle, it looks good

Yep, that looks like a winny only cycle to me.

It's also good to see you haven't been sucked into the 'work out the rest of your body you fucking moron' hype that is so prevalent on the boards today. So, you are going to focus on arms. Cool. Hell, why even do legs at all, they are the farthest bodypart from your arms?

I wouldn't think anybody would be able to add to what you already have. You are obviously a student of gear AND bodybuilding in general. You show a firm grasp of fundamentals especially with your 'winny only - arms expander' cycle you have planned.

Hmmmmm, maybe I should just stop typing for awhile and calm down.

I've been training every bodypart once a week before. I did a winstrol only cycle a while back and gained just over 10lb in 5 weeks. I mainly focused on chest and back and I loved the results. With this cycle my goals are to gain some on my arms. If I use my ordinary workoutplan, I don't think I will gain that much on my arms. By lowering workout on chest, back, legs I think I will be able to gain more on my arms. That is what I think and strongly believe in. From earlier experience with other bodyparts like my calfs, trapz, chest and back and legs, this has worked for me so I hope It will this time to. The days I work out arms and the day after I will increase my calorieintake by 10%(from ordinary +500 from my maitenance calorie intake = +800cals) and my proteinintake with about 15%.
 
Hello, sorry to post on someone elses posting but i cant figure out how to create my own. I play very high level football and am about to do a 6 week winstrol cycle, I am wondering if i can get some advice on how to set it up i realize i need milk thistle for liver protection but what else can i stack with it. Im not a body builder im not looking to bulk up i just need to shed some BF to decrease my 40 time and agility.

I'm sorry but you will have to explain the science behind how not working on body part 'A' will increase size on body part 'B' ??

This makes absolutely no sense. If your arms are lacking. simply train them more. do different things, mix it up. try new methods. to increase the size/strength in any given muscle you don't train other muscles less - you train that weak muscle more.

Also, Winstrol to add size? maybe not the best choice unless that is all you have access to.
 
Why not just grab some Beastdrol from Needtoo instead of winny? I'm just saying....

Tren - 50mg/day - weeks 1 - 12
test cyp / enth. 500mg/wk - weeks 1 - 12
wintrol 50mg/day - weeks 6 - 12

diet / diet / DIET!!
