Winstrol... new user...

Hello. I have been using daily 50mg winstrol yellow heart shaped pills and tren since April 7th. Im on a 10 week cycle. I worked out April 7th-11th, a different muscle group every day. Ive been working out very hard. As of today, Wednesday, April 16th, ive lost 5 pounds. I have been eating extremely healthy and doing cardio daily, but is this normal? Also, i have not seen any dramatic strength increases yet. Will things change?
 
r u taking any test as well?

sounds like your not eating enuf. u r also doing cardio everyday which is eating up a few cals.

how many cals/protein/carbs/fat u taking in?

height/weight/age?
 
Winstrol alone will not increase your strength much. You should take some test with that. I would stack it with Primo and any form of test. What are your goals from this cycle?
 
almost 19/ 5-10 and 163 pounds (was 168). Typical day i wake up at 10. Ill have a chicken/noodles weight watchers frozen dinner at 1130 or 12. Have a tuna fish sandwhich on whole wheat around 3. Work out at 430-530. Come home and have a protein shake at 6. And at around 9 or 10 at night ill have another tuna fish sandwhich or some grilled chicken. And ill have 2 or 3 bananas throughtout the day as a snack. I drink water with all my meals. And i take a daily multi vitamin. Is that a good diet?

i think your diet needs work.

sidebar: at your age u dont need steroids. u could get to 200lbs naturally. be prepared for the bros on here to give u a hard time about this.
 
ur still young, keep lifting hard 4/5 days out of the week. the strength will come, build ur endurance. sweet life by the way, no work or school?
 
your natty test levels are very high. no need for the juice. u have 2 learn proper nutrition. that is y u r not growing. i would visit the diet forum.

poor diet & juice = poor results
 
Dude you can blow up natty with just reg supps like protien/creatin/n02 and another advantage you claim to have being a pro poker player is that you have al day to eat like it your jobs. the weight don't come from nothing.

I wouldn't recommend anyone trying steroids until they are about 25. For one reason, somethings that you might be considered as fully developed typically are not until a person's midtwenties. You should probably, under normal conditions, have enough test in your system at your age to equal what a 30 year old man would have doing 400 mg/wk of test (that's a guess, but it should be close). Don't rob yourself of your natural abilities to accomplish what we older folks can't without exogenous test.

Also, you mentioned you have lost five pounds. Since you are young, I'm sure your metabolism is quite high. Just because it is five lbs doesn't mean that it is a bad thing if most of it is bodyfat weight. Although, you should probably eat more.

Ive taken winstrol alone and seen pretty good strength gains, although I always advise on test with anything. I hvae some buddies who are needle scared who do winny online with success. However they are not 19 and 163 lbs. OBviously this person is too young to juice in the first place and doesnt eat or train properly. He could gain naturally at that age with ease if he dids things properly. For me winny is one of the best strength boosters of anything.

how are we missing this part?
