Winstrol for weight loss?

Hey I am 22 260 and 6'3 I have been working out on and off for about 4 or 5 years... I am one of those "big boned" kinda fellas that just doesnt seem to loose extra pounds no matter how much cardio I try to get in. I am trying to loose all of it and strickly tone up. I do realize that high reps with less weight plus a good diet and cardio routine is key for what I am ltrying to do, but believe me I have tried that and if I could stick to that I wouldnt want to resort to a steroid but what the hell... haha... I had spoken to a few fellas around the gym and they had recomended that I try a Winstrol Cycle. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions for me.

oh yea I am not trying to get any bigger... just tone up... well I could use a bit mass here and there.

who ever told you a winstrol only cycle is an idiot, go on a low carb diet and cardio on an empty stomach, use the lipostack with test at about 250-350mgs per week for 12 weeks, and you will see results, diet and cardio will determine fat loss not winstrol, winstrol will give you a harder look if your BF is low enough

Train harder, clean up the diet. I have heard good things about lipoflame, but I've yet to try it. Lift heavy, all trained muscle is toned, just covered up with fat. Lose some of the fat then worry about gear to enhance your physique.

Go with a clean diet and LIPOFLAME. That stuff really works, and works really well. It is well worth the money you spend on it. Diet and exercise are the keys, and Lipoflame is the oil in the lock! Good luck!
 
if you do cardio on an empty stomach make sure to take t3 to keep from being catabolic. If you do not, you will lose muscle while training and trying to cut.

Not true. There was a guy on here a while back that did a winny only cycle and posted pics of his progress. It worked very well for him.

Having said that - the w.inny test mix would work even better.

Man, you guys just love thinking these drugs are magical??? For all we know Mr Before and After was doing 3-4 hrs of cardio a day and lived on salads and turkey breast 8 weeks straight to get those results. Hell, his V might have been fake and it was his hard work, knowledge, and determination alone that got him those results?

I think it's funny that nobody likes to pay a lot of attention to the posts that suggest putting more effort into training and being more disciplined with diet. But as soon as someone suggests using a certain compound or upping the dose, they're like "that's a great fuckin' idea!!! Why didn't I think of that??? Thanks for the help. It's much appreciated. You guys rock!!!!"

And fyi, T3 is nothing to fuck with if you're fat. The rebound effect will far outweigh any short term benefits. In addition your body may become dependant on T3 requiring you to be on it for life. It's also possible to die from quitting it without properly tapering off.

totally agree, that guy did take winstrol at 50mgs a day but it was his diet and cardio that did the trick, he could have done it natural , the winny i noticed helped him hold on to the muscle he had, and i agree t3 dont fuck with and t3 doesnt make you hold preserve muscle like the other guy said it actually will help you LOOSE muscle if your not running any aas

Well I am tryin to stick to a low carb, high protein diet while drinking atleast 8 glasses of water. I do about an hour of cardio a day with the exception of a day or two a week. Simply because it isnt the easiest thing for me to get to the gym. As for weight training, I have been doing alot of mid weight/high reps atleast 5 times a week, thinking that this is the correct way to tone. I am looking to shed my BF that is somewhere around 15%.. My target areas are my belly and chest. Those two spots seem to be my main problem. I just seem to get tired quite quickly when working those 2 areas.

Help me!! hahaha

8 glasses of water is nothing try to get 4 liters /a gallon

what does high protein low carb ential?

i.e.

list your meals for the day or what you ate yesterday
 
This thread actually has a lot of smart guys offering information.
*That does not always happen on the site.
How you eat is everything.
You need to know what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat it and why you are eating it!
If you have that down working out will onlyl speed up the process.
A proper diet does all of the work for you.
There are no steroids that make you lose weight.
Winstrol is actually one of the strongest steroids out there. Bodybuilders take it while dieting hard to help them keep their lean body mass.
Don't get caught up in high reps for tone. Here is why. There is no such thing as "tone"
Just work in the 8 to 15 range. Use proper form and the full range of motion.
Lastly, it has been proven with X-rays that being "big boned" does not exist.
Learn about eating properly and it will change your life for ever. It will be the greatest thing you can do for yourself and your family!

i was just thinking about that this morning.. lol it's crazy you remember that. didn't he do a 12 weeker? awesome results, too. personally i punish my liver enough, i would be freaked out doing 12 weeks of any oral
