If you need to drop 15 POUNDS of body fat then you are in no way ready to AAS....

However, you have come to the right place, specifically the diet and training forums

While I see where you'r coming from, I disagree with this statement to an extent.

I went from 250lbs at 15% which is not bad at all (37.5lbs of fat) down to 240lbs at approximately 9% and wish to get down to about 7.5 / 8 % (19.2lbs of fat).

It's all relative and the point of aas when dieting is to ensure
muscle is not lost while starving the body of calories.

what?? for many of us, the whole point of using juice is to burn / lose fat - and see the scale go down

not all of us are a buck 60 soaking wet and juicing to 'look big' and put on as much weight as possible.

I think you need to re-evaluate your statement. though yes, you are correct in the fact that coming to this site was a step in the righ direction.
the fact he is looking to lose weight in no way excludes him from the benefites of AAS.

True, true. Nice job and dropping that much fat! K...

Generally speaking a new poster trying to loose that much hasn't trained properly or long enough and isn't dieting properly...

Thanks bro, definitely agree that they should not be used without experience and so on. Diet, Cardio and so on... Everyone looks to roids as the easy way out (which they are) but should not be.

i think the more pressing point is the OP's "friend"
mate, you told this guy you wanted to lose fat and his answer, essentially was "take steroids"
no offence, but your "friend" is a retard

That too

the most important thing is diet. without a proper diet i dont care what you take you will not drop fat. I got down to 8 % bf in the past with no cardio and no juice. just proper diet. but with that said i have done winny only cycles and loved them, i like better with low test but still dropped some fat while building lean muscle.

haha, i just didnt specify all the info behind my friends advise, im not in the best shape but alot of my bf% is because of my unhealthy diet, i have always drank alot of soda and have my diet alot better right now. I dont mind eating right and working hard to get results, i just figure that a cycle with smaller intake such as a 6 week cycle at 50mg per day would help kick start results for summer etc. the friend that rec these is a avid body builder and of cource constant juicer so i trust what he says just like to get plenty of info and input on everything.

so what do you guys rec as liver and chol. support as well as what kind of cycle would you do, length and amount?

thanks for all the info and advise!

Simple thing - continue as you are at the moment without the steroids, add in caffeine/ephedrine in to the equation and cut down / out all soda drinks, all food that is rich in sugar and add one more cardio session in a week. After 6 wks come back and let us know the difference. It will help. Avoid winstrol for the moment - it's not needed

+1

I'm not trying to argue here, but what you are stating does not make much sense - from my perspective.

"a new poster trying to lose that much has not trained properly."??

what does his post count have to due with his training? just because he is new to this site in no way means he is new to training - the two are completely un-related.
mind you - yes - he may be new to the gym, but this cannot be determined by his post count.

personally, I'm getting tired of people equating post count to intelligence. I have been here since 03' by no means a “newbie”. Recently I have started spending some time on another board - and thus my post count there is very low. Does that mean I don’t know what I’m talking about over there? Or for that matter, just because I’ve been here for 6 years, does not necessarily mean I know what im talking about either.

Instead of judging people based on their post count or join date, I would rather see us asking questions regarding actual training and diet - which of course many of the good bros on here regularly do.

^^^ I may be off here but I think he was referring to work out history not post count and had assumed workout history was not great from the tone of his post...

Could be wrong but that's just my 0.2

To address your original question. Will Winstrol help you burn fat - yes. Along with many other serious - they will aid you in losing weight and cutting up.
To that end, DIET is MUCH more important than any drug you can take. You can shoot all the winstrol you want, but if you do not put down the twinkies - you are not going to lose weight.
That being said, you are on the right track. Coming here (there are a lot of very knowledgeable bros on here - much more than me!). continue to ask questions. Though you may get flamed a bit from a few guys - do not hesitate to ask - no matter how ‘stupid’ of a question you feel it may be.
You cannot learn if you do not ask.

Cardinal - you really see Juice as the ‘easy way out’ as you stated? I don’t know. I think we still work very hard and the addition of juice is a way for us to break that plateau we may have hit.

Like you said (or someone on in this thread), you can take all the juice you want but if your diet is not in check, you will not see the results wanted.

I do believe that to be true for many people. While a few have reached that plateau / peak or what ever else one would wish to refer to it as, the truth is that the vast majority of users nowadays have not reached their peak and use steroids as the way to get faster gains and often have crap poor diet and drink a lot.

Just my views bro

Cardinal - you’re probably right - I’m trying to read these at work, and keep having to minimize the screen every time my students come back to ask a question.

I guess my comment was more in reference to me constantly reading threads where someone new to the board asks a question or offers advice and the ‘vets’ cut them down saying they’re a ‘newbie’ and don’t know what they are talking about.
Whatever, my students are pissing me off and I’m in a bad mood - im venting. Ignore me!

i just want to thank everyone for the comments and advise i think im going to go ahead and get it, watch my diet closely and hit the gym very hard for the next 3-4 weeks and then start a cycle then if i still want to excel results. i just want to make sure im set on a good diet and good gym regement b4 i start it.

If it doesn't make sense to you then it doesn't make sense, no worries...

I typed "generally"

His post count has nothing to do with what I perceive to be his experience, IMO winny only for losing fat and building muscle isn't as good an avenue as others for his goals...

He asked for opinions, I gave him mine...
