Better option would be Anavar, a much safer option. Winstrol can give you nasty side effects even in low doses.

However if you are going to use it anyway.... at most 10mg for up to 6 weeks.

I don't like steroids for women unless they are higher level competitors. Women can achieve their goals naturally in most cases. I would recommend SARMs if you want to take it to the next level.
