Winstrol, Clen First Cycle

My first post on this site,

I'm 23, 6'0 215 lbs, not sure on the bf%. Im not very fat i just got some weight i need to lose.

Im going to be joining an accelerated ROTC program in mid Aug, I need to get my weight down, I only need to get under 202 lbs but i want to try and get to around 180-190 and keep my total weight under 195 since there is a weight requirement in the Military.

I have 10mg winnys and 40mcg clen, my goal is to lose body fat like i said but once i get that done i want to look good too. Not too concerned with how strong I am since i've always been relatively strong anyways. As far as a my diet, i know how to and currently am eating pretty clean.

I have a few friends that take gear, but they just want to get jacked outta their minds and thats not what i want, I just want to get a low bf% and look good, more fitness model look rather than jay cutler bodybuilder if u will.

Im currently running a clen cycle, building up like i should and monitoring my temp and BP like i should. but i want to know about the winny. I have heard so many things and read alot of posts and i dont want people to tell me to "do more research" cuz i have done quite a bit of reading and now i want to ask questions.

1. I was thinking about taking the winny by itself once i get my weight down, is that a good idea? if not, why?

2. Do you really need to take PCT on winny by itself?

3. If i did stack something with the winny, what should i use? keep in mind my goals of loosing weight and getting cut, Also since i will probably have to be concerned with drug testing sooner than later, if i stack something it has to be something that is out of your system relatively quickly.

4. I have heard that winny is hard on your joints. I had a double knee surgery in march, they extended my IT bands and scoped my knees and removed scar tissue, since im only 3 months out from surgery, if winny is hard on your joints, do i need to be concerned with that? I currently take triflex every day, if that matters.

and lastly, if you respond please say how much winny i should take, or how much winny and whatever else you recommend including pct if i need to take that, there are soooooo many posts on here that say that and i dont want to read them all since my goals are my goals and not theirs. Thanks in advance for any advice.

First off Dude if you have read alot then where is the base of the cycle(TEST) I would not even consider running winny alone even if that was all I had!(my opion)Now if your running clen now
and are wanting too use it again before august then I think you should have waited because that really isn't enough time between
cycles of it.
That said continue the clen for what ever amount of time is left
on your cycle then stop.....Now get some test propionate use 100mg EOD with 25mgs winny everyday order some T3 from one of the sponsors (use there recomended dose)And stack ECA everyday 2x per day. Cut your carbs back raise your protein and am for most of your carbs tocome from green vegtables and

Well I am new to all this, i need to read some kind of a guide for using gear cuz on here everyone has their own opinion. Like i know that there is soo many different kinds of test, how/ where can i go to find a definitions of them? So based on what your saying you should take a test on any cycle?

I have a friend that was taking tren, not sure of the actual name or the dosage but he got pretty good results and from what i know he just used that for like a 7 week cycle and came off with nolva i think. Thats another things im fuzzy about, i dont have a ton of money so what should i use as PCT to come off these (whether its winny and test, or something else)

I plan on using gear even past august, so i plan on taking time off after clen then running my first cycle of some better stuff, i just dont know what to use as my first real cycle. Like i said i plan on using the clen to get down to like 180-185 or so, so what should i take to lose more body fat if needed and add definition and maybe a little size/weight?

lastly, is there anywhere i can go to read kinda of a "all you need to know about using steroids", i read the steroids 101 on this site and learned quite a bit, but im the kind of guy that likes to know a great deal about what i take b4 i take it. Thanks for any help in advance!

When I was a newbie I bought William Llwellyn book "Anabolics 2000" great book very informative.
Yes my opion is too ALWAYS use a test base for a cycle,Bro if you continue to use your not going to stay at weight you want
 
is there anything i could use once i get down to the weight i want to just shred more body fat and lean up, i could add a little muscle weight if i get to 180 but i need to stay under about 190-195?

If you don't really care about looking "jacked" then bro, I say just stick with the winny. Get your bodyfat down below 10% with diet, cardio, and then you can use clenbuterol to burn off that extra fat to give you a super shredded look. Winstrol is an anabolic steroid for muscle building/muscle sparing. If you are cutting, it will preserve your muscle and give you a very defined, dry look. But if you want a "fit model" type look, clen will do the trick. May not be necessary at all, but if you are already running it then I would say you don't need to look any further unless you require a more built, muscular look...oh and I read you said you are running a clen cycle and "bulking." Are you trying to get cut or gain muscle? Clenbuterol is not anabolic like a steroid so you are not going to see any benefit to this.
