Newbie Question on Winny!

I've ben lifting weights for the past 8 years, but have a problem loosing bodyfat. I'm currently at 18% BF and 5'9 and 193 LBS. I've tried a lot of different diets but never got the expected results. Thus I'm considering to begin a cycle of WInny.

My thoughts is to do 30-50 mg ED and take milk thistle and tylors liver detox on the side. But how much shoul I add of the protective gear? How many tabs of milk thistle and Tylors ed?

I appreciate all answers

Winny is not a fat burner bro. It's all about diet!

If you can't eat right while off, adding AAS isn't going to help you. What's your diet look like?

I'm currently on a 2000 cal diet split on 6 daly meals containing around 210 grams of protein in total.

From research I know that Winny is an AAS, but aslo that it's used as a cutting agent (combined with regulary diet)

Have to state, that I don't look fat (despite the high BF%), but want to get leaner, and I have trouble loosing more BF than I have already done.
 
winny isnt going to let loose the fat bro, you need to adjust your diet. Do cardio 4-5 times a week at the morning before breakfast, and if 2000cal is making you stay where you are, then lower it down a bit. Post your diet, maybe you are consuming a lot of fat and carbs in your diet

Here is my diet as it looks right now.




Meal 1
60 gram of oatmeal
15 gram of cacao
1 cup of milk
2 whole eggs + 1 egg white

Meal 2
90 gram dark bread
140 gram of tuna

Meal 3
Shake
100 gram of chicken
125 gram of salad

Meal 4
200 gram of chicken
125 gram of green beans

Meal 5
200 gram of chicken
125 gram of green beans

Meal 6
Shake

10 gram of corn oil

Total in gram
Protein 222,25 gram
Carb 107,36 gram
Fat 47,67 gram

Calories from
Protein 933
Carbs 451
Fat 443

%-distribution
Protein 0,51
Carbs 0,25
Fat 0,24

Total Cal 1827,672
 
Your diet should be 40% protien, 30% carbs and 30%fat.

Just cut the carbs a bit. you also don't have many things mostly beans and chicken, i guess its your fav.


You can add clen to your cycle, with t3 if you know how to use it correctly(If you are going to use it I advice to reasearch a lot about it)

Most important is cardio 5 times a week, at the morning before brekafast.
you should know that it wont happen in a week, you need to be patient
 
Bro, I was in the same boat. Seemed like no matter what I did I just couldn't get the bf down. Then i researched on here and doing cardio in the morning before you eat anything works wonders. I started doing that every morning and the weight was coming off quick, but before because you can put it back on quick too though.

I think for your purpose you may want to look into clen first, as mentioned above.
