Winny

I am on week 8 of 10 of 750mg of enanthate. I am about to use winny for the first time. My buddy who has used EVERYHTING says the best dosage is 25mg a day for 3 months. 3 months sounded kinda long, does anybody have input on that? Since i've spent a pretty penny with the test and the winny, im hesitant to buy anything to go with the winny. Do i need to add something to the winny or can i take it by itself?

Thats plain stupidity. Winnie is harsh on the liver. I'd recon 6 weeks would do, 8 at max. Different views at this. Bump it to 50mg ed for 6 weeks. You can use winny on its own yes, but dont expect too much of a result from it. You'll harden up a bit and some lbm possibly. Depends on ur diet etc.

I don't like the idea of running Winstrol for that duration. Esp. if you're talking tabs. Rule of thumb is 50mg EOD or ED. I have run it EOD and E2D w/100mg preps with great results. I keep winstrol runs to 6 weeks at the end of a cycle. Usually w/a fast acting either such as prop.

50 mgs/day minimum and I know guys that are healthy that ran it for 12 weeks.

Did they have blood work done? 8 weeks of Winstrol put my good cholest. levels into the cellar, literally single digits...

Yeah, it does the same to everyone. They come back to normal after the cycle.

Run it for 6-8 weeks @50-100mgs/EOD

Took me about 4 months to get back to where I was pre-cycle.

most boards I have seen show at least 50mg a day for at least 5 weeks to see any results.

I got great results from just 30mg/day tabs. I'll up it to 50mg/day next time but I don't see a need to go over that since I get great results. I run it for 4-6 weeks max, usually the last 2 weeks of injectables and continuing 2 weeks after they stop, straight into PCT. I harden up a lot with winny and get excellent strength increases while dropping the water-weight from test, etc.
