I have been beautiful results with oxandrin, and heard many complaints with Winstrol (I don't use Winstrol with any clients any more). Oxandrin's biggest disadvantage is its cost. But, remember it is your body, and you always get what you pay for.

Oxandrin does build and maintain muscle mass in women very well, with virtually no side effects. My female clientele demonstrate this. When I used Winny, some women had the usual sides: masculinity, more acne, more water retention. So, I stopped using it. Who needs these headaches.

Considering that my girlfriend remains the same weight while dieting I say yes, it is possible. Losing bodyfat and remaining almost the same weight has to tell you something. I'm not a big fan of winstrol myself, and neither is my girlfriend...
