Do you get cramps while on it? If so what is your mg/day and what do you do to avoid it besides consume huge amounts of H20 daily? Drinking 2 gal of water daily is not problem, but I will not use it if I know I will cramp.
I have some that I never used and was thinking of adding it to the end of my primo cycle for maintenance to keep gains.
I used winny over twenty years ago on my first ever cycle (when it was made in the U.S. along with the original Ciba dianobol), but don't remember any cramps.
 
how much are you taking ed? is it all day long or just after cardio/workouts? I get cramps in my shins and in my arches of my feet when i get done doing cardio on the stairmaster

Yes, I do get cramps. I load up on water and potasium


How much you taking? Does the water and potasium help?

I think my problem is that I wait until the cramps get bad then try to catch-up.

By then I am hurting big time.
I had to stop anavar (my first time 30mg/day) after 4 days because of severe cramps.
 
You could try adding in some taurine throughout the day. I'd add in some Magnesium at night as well.

Taking any thermos? Clenbuterol?

First I heard of taurine for cramps. I will definitely try it.

Like I said I start taking tons of water, minerals....(huge bottle from GNC) magnesium, banana's only after it hits me hard it does help, but takes about 2 days to subside.

Not taking any thermos or clen.

It just hits me slowly any time of the day, then progresses to the point that it is all over my body in different places. The water does help, but I almost have to drown myself to fill relieved.
