I am taking 35 mg of winny daily should I take them all at once or spread them out in the day. Does it matter?

Spread them out.... Winny has a half life of about nine hours so take them in two even doses. One in the AM one in the PM to keep blood levals constant.

yes...but once would say that at such low dose, one doesn't need to spread it out...i remember i spread out 50mg/day to half in am, and other half in PM. But if your drinking the oral liquid, i dont think you should divide such a small dose. I think once a day will have more effect....what do you guys think?

Love your avatar... I see what your saying about the dossage... I guess it would depend what his goal is as to whether he should spread them out or not. How were your results on the 50mg Winny ED half am galf pm... just curious cause I just started a winny/anavar cycle last week.

not great bro cause i fucked up my cycle..i started at 50mg/day and by the second week i felt awesome and never looked better...then my second bottle came late...like a week late...so inorder to preserve it i prolonged the cycle and kept it at 25mg/day which kept me lean but didn't get me ripped...next time i will do 50mg/day for 8 weeks str8 with no fluctuations in the cycle....whatever i was ignrant and should have had all the juiice before i started jucing.

keep me posted for im going to do a winny/anavar cycle soon as well
