winny tabs

I am not new to using gear but.. I have had some (yellow, octagon) winny tabs for about 8 mos. and I forgot the mg. of each tab. is there a standard that most winny tabs are__ mg. I remember that I was going to do 5 a.m and 5 p.m ttl 10 per day. would that be close to 50mg. per day?

Id say theyre either 5-10 but most likely 5mg if your doing 10 per day.
