deltoid is a little soar from shot!!! no heat went real slow in and slow out. how quick does this stuff work and what should i expect more strength and gains/ripped up more. relativley speaking, has the experiences been good.and how long will i be sore.

i use a rotate inj...both delts and both glutes that way i only have to inject an area every 4 days...

my shots are only mildly sore...make sure you are using a brand new fresh needle every time...take a shower and get the injection site nice and hot, then swab it down with rubbing alcohol and inject nice and easy...after injection massage the area firmly for a couple of minutes...this has made the soreness very minimal.

as far as gains i am on week 4 and probably @ week 3 all my lifts started moving...i'm not doing any max lifts but for example i was benching 335 x' 8 prior to cycle and i'm now doing 335 x's 12 and 355 x's 7 or 8. Funny thing the weights still feel just as heavy they just go up more times.

Just massage the area and apply heat; If it's still too painful just drink the winny. if taken orally half-life is 9 hours and if injected half-life is 1 day.

USually sore for 2-3 days bro...I rub but have never added heat!
