Winny Question

Ok guys I"m sure most of you had read my earlier post but I'm really thinking of dropping my Test and going strictly with Winny for the last 3 weeks of this cycle. I'm at 220.5lbs right now and body fat is around 16 or 17% and I'm trying to cut for summer. The thing I'm wondering is, how much cardio should you do while on Winny, and what about drinking fluids? If you're trying to dry yourself out should you intake less water? Or is water your friend while taking anything like this? I was thinking of trying one day of barely any fluids to dry myself out a good bit. Don't some pros do it? Anyway I work out 5 times a week and 2 days off(which are my cardio days.....30 mins on the treadmill) I've heard Winny reacts fast but you won't really see any results for a couple of weeks. Let me know any info bros and thanks to all who respond. PEACE
 
I think you could do as much cardio as you want on winni. Although you would probably be good at 2-3x per week. Don't skip fluids always keep drinking water. decreasing your water intake for that cut look does not provide any long term benefits you might look more cut that day but thats it. It will not make you any more cut in the long run. Good luck
 
The last time i was on winny i did cardio 5 day's a week in the morning and was fine. I did try to cut back on water and felt like shit. I'd stick with still drinking alot of water or your going to get extremely dehydrated.
 
bro the more water you drink the more your body flushes it out and you don't bloat. if you don't drink enough your body goes on reserve and you will bloat. seems strange but is true

100% correct. if u wanna not b boated drink tons of water and stay away from salt.
