Ok guys I"m sure most of you had read my earlier post but I'm really thinking of dropping my Test and going strictly with Winny for the last 3 weeks of this cycle. I'm at 220.5lbs right now and body fat is around 16 or 17% and I'm trying to cut for summer. The thing I'm wondering is, how much cardio should you do while on Winny, and what about drinking fluids? If you're trying to dry yourself out should you intake less water? Or is water your friend while taking anything like this? I was thinking of trying one day of barely any fluids to dry myself out a good bit. Don't some pros do it? Anyway I work out 5 times a week and 2 days off(which are my cardio days.....30 mins on the treadmill) I've heard Winny reacts fast but you won't really see any results for a couple of weeks.
