Bro here's my experience with Winny only.
I conducted my own experiment by taking a winny only cycle. I injected 50 mg ED of winny depot and then began taking it orally (the ed injections became unbearable). I completed a full 30 ml cycle of winny-only. I used the depot injects for 2 weeks, then drank it for 2 weeks and took the last 10 ml orally with 50 mg Zeneca tabs.
Bottom line I saw no difference btw the injects or drinking it. If I had to make a choice I would say save yourself the hassle and get the 50 mg tabs for the whole damm thing. I felt better about the tabs and in actuality I think they absorbed quicker (however this was taken at the end of the cycle so my body was used to 50mg ed)
The winny-only cycle ripped the shit out me. I didn’t take it for vanity reasons but I can see why some would. I used the winny up to about 2 weeks before my last mma fight I was nearly unstoppable. I'm 202lb with 9% BF and ripped to the core. I was 190lb before the cycle and 13% BF. (See body composition stats at the bottom of post).
Couple points to note:
My F'ing joints started to scream at me and there wasn’t enough glucosamine in the world to stop all the joint pain, but it did help... some. So definitely go get yourself a shit load of it.
My hair did not fall out at all. I didn’t check my lipid levels or BP but I have had very high bp from test cycles and I didn’t feel the typical symptoms at all.
Take at least 400 - 800 mg of milk thistle ED to combat liver toxicity. I never measured that medically either, but I have in the past and the milk thistle along with saw palmetto, cranberry extract, fish oil, B-compex and a gallon of water a day should do the trick.
I my opinion, Winny-only cycles are for athletes who are into cardio vascular activites because it allows you to keep your weight down by not building too much mass but you get incredibly strong and lots of lean muscle. I added a good 50 lbs to my bench. I will definitely get you that ripped up model type look. Reminds me of the abercrombie guys. Although primo is the choice there!
You won't gain an exorbitant mass of muscle but you will be ripped... it also reminded me of Brad Pitt's body in the movie "Snatch" , not tremendously huge but cut to shit.
Anyway, I liked it. However 1 final catch. I wouldn’t do it as your first cycle. You need to establish a base first and the best way is with Test. Some might say Deca, but bottom line is to put on a foundation first before going winny only.
