im 272 now and my diet has been as follows;
The first month on the eq alone i felt like i could eat a small village so it was really hard to keep the calories down and Im a Guinea so i gotta have my pasta, but that kinda wore off and i modrately have been lowering my carb intake for the past month so i didnt deplete my body and loose muscle, my usually day of food was, bar at 8 a.m. designer at 10, steamed chicken w/ broccoli(garlic sauce for dipping) or another bar or salad or something to fill me up for a while, another bar at 2 and a shake before the gym....I now realize i was eating too much and too many calories for a cutting diet, but hey you live and learn right!
Yesterday i started a full 0 carbs for the next 3 weeks and i am upping my winny to 50 mg eod for my lat 3 weeks, no more bars no shakes, just straight up chicken, steak, egg whites and isopure protein drinks.....I will keep ya posted and hopefully have som nice pics tonight or this weekend.........
