veternarios are the way to go cuz all farmicias have are deca/sust and usually are readily faked, if you see a veterinarian office go there,,i have done this many times in cozumel,,just tell the taxi he will know where to take you and they even translate for you but as above mentioned they have a huuuge stock of gear that are just waiting for us to take it off thier hands
