Winny dosing, whats typical?

I was planning to end my test cycle consisting of 750mgs of sustanon EW with BD Winny. I'm pretty possitive Winny has a half life of 8-9hrs. Do you guys typically take it all at once say in the morning, split it up in two doses say 8am-4pm, or would 3 doses say at 8am-4pm-before bed be beneficial?
I will be using 75 mgs of winny for 4-5wks to finish up my cycle. I have used winny in the past and typically just did the 8am-4pm dosing.

If it were me I would split into 3 times a day...... like mrs. extra strong said probably not a big difference, but hey if its even a bit of difference (better) i would take advantage of it for sure.... can't hurt!

Well i already told you how much winny i'm using daily 75mgs, so split it up in
morning-late afternoon-bedtime doses for a totall of 3?

here is my experience with winny. Or any oral for that matter. When I take an oral and split it is three doses, I get a more STEADY level in my blood. When I split it two ways, I get a much higher PEAK, but the levels vary depending on the time of day.

I personally choose to do it twice a day, instead of three. I feel that a higher peak means higher gains. Am I alone?

The goal with any AAS, but especially with orals, is to keep the most even blood levels possible. That means breaking it up into several doses throughout the day. I take mine every 3 hours. I don't get swings in blood levels, which can create sides.

Here is a typical dose of oral Winny: 50 mg/day, split into two 25mg doses, for no more than 40 days (liver toxicity). I found this dose very effective.

50 mg ed for no more than 6 weeks, preferably only 4. And definately take a liver protectant man, on of my boys just learned that the hard way.

What up brotha? I've tried larger doses less frequently and noticed the swing in blood levels. I'm a very meticulous person when it comes to building the body of my dreams, so I don't mind taking tabs all day, just like I don't mind eating 6 times a day year round. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. I know some people like taking one dose, but if you look at the biochemistry it's obvious that won't produce even blood levels.

That's very true! As much as we put into it, we should be just as meticulous about our anabolic timing. It's all about discipline!
