Hey guys my first post but I been around for a while.. Well Im running a Tab Winny only cycle and jsut looking to be more cut with maybe some small mass/strength gains but jsut mainly cut.. my workout consists of 3 lifting days and 1 cradio.. i was wondering if I could go 100mg on the lifting days, 300mg/EW?? Or should I jsut stick with 50mg on lifting days, 150mg/EW??
