Winny doses/workout

Hey guys my first post but I been around for a while.. Well Im running a Tab Winny only cycle and jsut looking to be more cut with maybe some small mass/strength gains but jsut mainly cut.. my workout consists of 3 lifting days and 1 cradio.. i was wondering if I could go 100mg on the lifting days, 300mg/EW?? Or should I jsut stick with 50mg on lifting days, 150mg/EW??
 
In your case, I would go with 50mg every other day regardless of whether or not your lifting that day. Make sure you know about the sides from Winny.

Ya I pretty much know all the sides.. but should I def runn even on the off days?? and if so I was thinking 100mg/ on lift and 50mg on off days so 500mg/EW.. I think this isn't that bad cause I know of guys running 700mg/EW.. though am not worried about liver stress jsut wondering if this might be a little to much
 
the goal is to keep yer blood levels stable. That is wyh people take it every day. As for how much you should take...I have no clue. You have posted no info about yourself (cycle history, stats, diet, training routine, preventative measures you are taking, etc)

well im 20 170 pounds 5"9' jsut a big upper body in general and like a 32-33" waist.. I have enough mass but i just wanted to get the mass cut up.. this is my first real aas cycle but I have done a test cycle alone before but thats child play lol.. this is my third day on the winny and ht ejoint pain is already there.. but its not as bad as I've heard.. ya im def gonna do 50mg/ED and Milk Thistle/ED, Multi-V/ED, B-6 200mg/ED and alot of water and doing a PCT after cycle.. but just still wonderin if I can increase the lifting dose to 100mg those days and they would be spaced out 1/2 and 1/2.. thanks in advance
 
no. do 50 ed no matter if you lift or lay on the couch all day eating chetos. 50mg every day. if that still doeant give you the results you want you can consider increasing it or switching compounds, which is probable a better choice.
 
get some glucosamine chondroiton this will help w/ the joint pain (u can get it @ wallmart or any drug store). Winny will NOT melt fat away. You have to keep yer diet in check. I personally would up your cardio. One day a week will not do jack. As Asian said keep it @ 50/day.

K Ill prob add another day of cardio.. my diet I think is pretty good mass amounts of protien reasonable good carb intake and some fat just enoungh and my meals are speard out enough to always keep my metabo goin.. for the joints runnin the milk thistle and glucosamine together should be good right?
