Winny/Deca/Test Prop/Sus 250 cycle 12 weeks

Sup athletes,

I'm 32 5ft6" and 168lbs at about 12% body fat.

My first cycle was totally f#cked up. Winny/Sus 250 and no PCT. That was 2006. I was and still am relatively a noob - although a much more researched noob this time around, with a little more cash to buy the right products and a little more wiser in patience and informed decisions ;)

My next cycle I am planning is: Test Prop 100mg; Winstrol 25mg tablets; Sus 250mg and Deca 300mg.

My goals are:
I have a chronic sore hip and left knee from sport and I want to be able to compete at a high level again in basketball and football. I am a midget compared to my peers in basketball (as you can see from my measurements) but I'm lightening and generally stronger pound for pound than most opposing guards. But in the past 6 years I've lost a ton of explosion due to cartilage issues in my left hop joint and general knee pain (no structural damage) in my left knee and a full recovery from a complete tear of my left achilles tendon in 2009. I have re-habbed like a MOFO and as long as my muscles are strong and rehabbed everyday I can still compete and I'm back to playing sport at an OK level.

I'm still quick but I've lost half a step and I want to spend my hard earned $$$ on rebuilding my body. I am not cycling for aesthetics at all - I want to rebuild my body and reduce my pain and prevent future injuries. I have the work ethic (my diet needs a little adjusting but all in all I eat very well).

My cycle:
- Week 1-12 10mls of DECA (1ml EOD) per week to get 300mg p/w
- Week 1-12 10mls Test prop 1ml per week 100mg p/w
- Week 1-12 10mls Sus 250 1ml per week 250mg p/w
- Week 8-12 25mg Winny eod

PCT
- Clomid (will start week 15 - 100/50/20/20)
- Nova --> no idea need help on this pls...
- HCG (will probably start HCG Week 10 - need help on dosage and length)

Please let me know your thoughts?

this setup is a hot mess... why would you be running prop and sus together and prop for 12 weeks?? you realize you will be pinning prop EOD right? also, you make no mention of an ai, you make no mention of caber or prami with deca... nolva with deca is the worst combination you could do... hcg is 500 iu's week... you would start it week 7-14... you need to pick between sus or prop... i would just run sus if your intent on running deca (which I really don't know why your running) I would only run deca for 10 weeks though... you need to do more research though...

Thanks for the reply bro.

Yeh I'm really look for guidance on the type of cycle for my needs detailed previously. I want to rebuild my body for sports not aesthetics. I found I had great athletic gains in sport from Winny but I know it dries my joints out a little - hence the Deca inclusion.

I will drop the Test Prop me thinks - and re-work from there. Thanks again. (Back to the research!)
 
no problem bro... my man, don't run deca simply because you think it will help with joints because thats a mistake... what is your main goal from the cycle??
 
My main goal is to get back my explosiveness in basketball. I want to be able to rehab my supporting muscles in my hip flexor and lower extremities and build my endurance to train longer (I can't seem to recover fast enough after games - my training sufferes greatly). I'm a gym junkie man - I go 6 days a week and yoga/pilates on day 7. But lately I just can't get over my genetics and ageing process and past injuries. I'm on a steady decline or treading water.

Ur math above says a mL of Deca eod yikes. I'm sure that was an error?

I'm not sure how ur body reacts with bloat but if u go sust + deca u could be fighting serious moonface all cycle long. Some folks don't have a big issue with it but I blow like a balloon.

I would run a hefty dosage of forged joint support with whatever u do. Stay clear of the winny as it will dry the shit outta of ur hip and possible cause more damage.

you don't need to be running deca for your joints and then running winny which tears your joints up.

and running sustanon with prop makes no sense either. you do realize that they are both test right? and sust already has prop in it as well as 3 other esters. so pick one to run, you don't need both.

makes no sense.. do more research .. go to isteroids and read about these compounds and learn more about them before you seriously fuck yourself up.

if you want joint help you need to eat more omega rich foods.. fish, cage free eggs, grassfed beef, olive oil etc .. you like most in the western world eat 0 of them a day and actually eat foods that cause inflammation and rob the body of omega's
 
anavar will be a better option for you that winstrol considering you already have the issues you mentioned... you definitely need to research more because basically everything you listed was not good for you... research more and come back and we will get you all set up bro...
