About 2 1/2 weeks in 50/day and it hit. Went from almost daily running to the gym, lifting and running home feeling fine to one day show up for b-ball runs and my knees felt like they were going to snap. Ankles too. I warmed up but never got loose. Played terrible because of it too.
Never thought I'd be here bitching about joint pain from fuggin winny. Loading up on the Gluco now.
Does Glucosamine take time to build up to have a positive effect? Or is it more short acting? Don't have much experience with it. Any other tips would be helpful. I don't wanna cut W short, cuz it's working.
oh yeah and I got this funky pain right between my shoulder blades now too WTF!!
