i take 5 10's at a time

Breaking it is a pain in the ass.. I guess I'll go with the whole 50mg in the AM. Unless there is a significant difference?

The half life is like 2 or 3 days. Take a tab and put it into a drink, let it sit for a while ,when all disolved ,drink it. A half gallon works good for that.

I take one 50MG tab in the AM, because I take Methyltest also, so either way I've got something running in my system.
