I realise I may have posted this on the wrong section but I'm doing var at the moment so close enough.

I read a while ago that someone I think called 'fukinshredded'(sorry if I spelt it wrong) posted something on windsprints on a different site.can anyone direct me cos im interested in what they are.
 
i remember that threat! but i dont quite remember what he said...lol.what i do is when i do cardio, ill keep my heart rate at fat burn for five minutes then go very hard for a min and a half and repeat for 25 mins....i think thats how i inturpreted it...i could be wrong, but its worked great for me......
btw hows it going with the var? what are your gains like?
