Does IE work?
If so, download drivers for Windows ME and download an ISO of Windows Me, burn it on a CD disc, write on the CD "Windows Me", then save all your drivers on an empty CD and then write on the second CD "drivers for Windows Me". Install Windows Me and install the drivers.
I know Windows Me is bullshit, but it's the best way to fix it.

where can we find Windows ME ISO ? Do Microsoft provide it on their site ?

yeah format your hard drive and put the windows 98 disk in
