The reason I am looking into this is that I've gotten too big. I don't mean fat, just big (for me) and am not as agile and don't have endurance like I used to. Things I overlooked to get the look I wanted I suppose. Now, I hike up a small hill and I'm ridiculously winded. So, I want to get my wind back and hopefully maintain my physique as well. Eventually, (next couple months) I would like to get back into boxing, or mixed marshall arts training, but those probably won't happen for lack of time due to school. Anyway, I appreciate the responses.
