could someone post a Wind Sprints for Duimmies?

i had read an article a while back, and can't locate it.

it was basically run or bike at breakneck bursts for a few minutes, then cruise for a few minutes and repeat for total of 20 or 30 minutes.

if someone has the specific program or comparable, much appreciated.

For PT (ARMY) we do quarter mile windsprints.......then 20 pushups, 20 situps....REPEAT until you have 2 miles complete.

It's hell, but it works......

one of the above (the quarter + 20 + 20 without the repeat part) would be more than a weeks worth of what I want my aerobic xcercize to be :worried:

i get great results doind 10-15 sprints. it will take 25-30 minutes depending on how many you do.....i guarantee your gonna be soaked in sweat

I've read that sprinting for 20 seconds, then walking back to your original start point is a good way to rid of fat.

google tabita training

basically warmup for 5 minutes
20 sec sprint @100%
10 sec jog/walk

repeat 8 to 10 times
then 5 minute cool down
