im bulking too, this sunday i start my icn cycle with lotsa cardio called HIFCB.
 
I'm in the same boat as the Oak. I eat real clean but have a real hard time losing bodyfat. It's really odd. Oak-Skip the DNP go with clen bro.
 
I'll be ripped in about 4 weeks...8% at 145..heh, RIPPED BONES! Jesus, I hate being an endo with ecto qualities. Cutting leaves me small and bulking lives me FAT! bah.
 
Yeah right, im 5'9" and 245. I can't see my dick half the time. Tonights routine: weights for 30 minutes, then steak dinner at bar with 6-8 beers. Same as mondays and fridays. The only thing ill be cutting up is a steak and some bad farts.
