what kind of things are you doing to shed of any unwanted bodyfat at this time?
 
I'm sitting at a good weight for me at 210 at roughly 10% (an HONEST 10% though with no love handles or flabbiness at all). I may bring it up a notch before my next cycle in two months and cut for another couple weeks to get me all etched out the way I want. Dunno yet though. We'll see cause going back on should bump me back to 220 right away more or less and should hopefully tighten me up alone as well. At this point in time I'm sure no one is still reading my post and so I feel I can say whatever the fuck I choose without any social repercussions. Having said that, I have a huge cock. It's no lie.
 
This summer I will be taking cutting to new levels in an effort to achieve more of an "emaciated" look. I would like my elbows to be the thickest part of my arms.
 
care to elaborate? if its because that isnt all that low,I chose that figure just for something to shoot for,if I get more then fine

If you need DNP to get to 8-9% bodyfat you have some serious issues.

I have a really hard time cutting,its fucked,I know by summer If I did cardio everyday I could have about 10% but that was the lowest I have ever been and it took about 4 months from 13%,I dont lose fat well at all and I have a flawless diet of mainly fish,chicken,lean mean and rice
 
have some fun with it...try a CKD bro... I really dont think dnp is the way to to ... are you going to be sure to purchase all the ancilliary anti-oxidants and such? Get some clen instead.
 
Im gonna pick up all the anti oxidants needed,the dnp for dummies thread has it in there so I am pretty much set,I will try to cut on my own but dnp is last resort if by summer I am not happy with where I am
 
Why not try clen first? You can lose an enormous amount of fat in the first 2 weeks
 
I'm basically where I want to be concerning physique.
The thing that's pissing me off is the "dark spots" where I had some previous acne. This shit won't blend in no matter what I do:bawling:
 
The only way I'll be shredded for spring is if I fall into a wood chipping machine in a couple weeks.
 
2 more weeks bulking for me. Then it's clen, tren, winny, and prop for8-10 weeks. Along with a lower carb intake and 45 min cardio at least EOD if not ED. God I hate cardio.
 
I'm pretty cut and hard as is. Sure there's always room for improvement... I might put on 5-10lb for the summer but I haven't decided as of yet.

im bulking too, this sunday i start my icn cycle with lotsa cardio called HIFCB.
 
I'm in the same boat as the Oak. I eat real clean but have a real hard time losing bodyfat. It's really odd. Oak-Skip the DNP go with clen bro.
 
I'll be ripped in about 4 weeks...8% at 145..heh, RIPPED BONES! Jesus, I hate being an endo with ecto qualities. Cutting leaves me small and bulking lives me FAT! bah.
 
Yeah right, im 5'9" and 245. I can't see my dick half the time. Tonights routine: weights for 30 minutes, then steak dinner at bar with 6-8 beers. Same as mondays and fridays. The only thing ill be cutting up is a steak and some bad farts.
