will this work?for fat loss?

8 am-10 egg whites/or chicken breast with 1/2 cup brown rice and brocolli

10:30- can of tuna

1 pm-same as 8 am meal

3:30-can of tuna

Myoplex shake after lifting around 6 pm

8pm-chicken breast/or tuna with brocolli

10pm-2 scoops designer protein w/1tbsp peanut butter

is this diet good for fat loss?

plus i do 45 min cardio-bike or incline treadmill 4-5 days a week....

my stats are 6'4" 265...need to drop to around 240

I do agree about replacing the powders w/ real food, but I'm staying out of the powder vs. food for now on. Every time I get into it, I just get flamed for my advice that real food is always better than a supplement.
 
if i was to eat something like a chicken breast or tuna or fish before i sleep...wont that turn into fat? or no.
 
eating clean food before bed preserves muscle..is what diamond wanted to say.

also add flaxseed oil and more green veg to the tuna snacks..then its not too bad. ide have more turkey and chicken than tuna
