I'm tryin to get myself cut up. I'm probably at about 12-14% BF right now. I wanna get down to 8-10% in the next few weeks. I go to the gym every single day, up to twice a day. I do morning cardio every few days for about 15-20 min and train a dif body part such as Mon/Bi's Tue/Chest,tri's Wed/Shoulders,abs Thurs/Back Fri/Bi's ect...

My usual diet looks something like this:

Go to the gym for short Cardio session

Meal 1:
Protien Shake , Salad

Meal 2:
6 inch cold cut trio sub from subway

Meal 3:
Protien Shake, Salad

Meal 4: half a steak, small serving of potatoes

Go to the gym to work out, Skip rope, play racketball

Meal 5: Half a steak, small potato serving, Protien shake

I use xenadrine EFX in the morning and before i work out. I am looking for some feedback as to how this diet looks or what I should add/ take out of my diet. I'm looking to get cut as quick as possible. I have tried doing a Keto and it doesn't work all that great.

I'm sorry, the truth is that it is impossible to drop 6% BF in a few weeks, you need to give yourself realistic time goals

MAKE SURE, you do not overtrain, for you will contribute to a catabolic state w/ less or no fat-loss

My usual diet looks something like this:

Go to the gym for short Cardio session

Meal 1:
Protien Shake , Salad
add 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 tbsp. olive oil on your salad

Meal 2:
6 inch cold cut trio sub from subway

Meal 3:
Protien Shake, Salad
switch the shake to solid food,
4oz. chicken breast no skin
salad w/ 1 tbsp. canola or olive oil

Meal 4: half a steak, small serving of potatoes
add 2 cups of steamed veggies

Go to the gym to work out, Skip rope, play racketball

Meal 5: Half a steak, small potato serving, Protien shake
divide this into two meals
RIGHT AFTER WORKOUT:
PROTEIN SHAKE (30g protein + 20g dextrose) + 100mg R-ala

1- 1 1/2 hr later:
1/2 steak, potatoes, 1 tbsp. flaxseed /or olive / or canola oil

I have tried doing a Keto and it doesn't work all that great.
you might have set up the Keto diet wrong

The diet looks like its coming together...make sure to get those essential fats in there...

As for cardio - Personally, I have never been ever to get lean on anything less than one hour sessions (three times per week)....since I go for an hour (jogging on the treadmill) I keep the intensity pretty low. Just enough to break a sweat, but not so fast that I can't talk.

Clearly, this depends on the individual - so if 15-20 minute sessions are working for you - then keep it up - otherwise, consider boosting the cardio to half-hour sessions. Keep intensity moderate and incorporate some intervals. For instance, do whatever you normally do - but add ten minutes where you alternate walking with sprints (e.g., walk one minute - sprint one minute - walk one minute - sprint one minute, etc.,). This really taps the old glycogen stores...

May sound drastic - but if you're trying to lean out - it works pretty good. If you notice yourself losing too much muscle mass for your taste or goals, you can always back off or lower intensity.
