Workout in the morning
Down Whey Protein Isolate about 40Grams. I then eat a tuna fish sandwich @ 10: then 12: then 2: then 4: then breakdown my dinner into two settings.
2 Cans of Tuna
4 Eggs
Steak or Chicken for Dinner Veggies and about 1 gallon of water. NO white bread or sugar. Wheat bread only.
I change this up with Chicken Salad and turkey breast.
Is this enough food? Do I need to add anything? HELP!
