im in week five of it right now and up 30 lbs i would like to put on some thickness and then start to cut the fat off . the idea behind the ref is to get some good strenght gains while football is starting so i can impress the coach and to minimize muscle loss whil in the t-3. but i need to cut down a little so i look smaller than i am now (got a little fat in me from the test). i dont want him to get too suspicious and give me a roid test cause some rumors have already started and i think he knows about them
i cant add anything ( no more monny to spend on gear right at the moment)else already got clomid and nolvadex. oh one other thing what is best to drink with the ref and can i take it in the morning with the T-3
I would split the Ref-B dose through out the day, Grape juice would work well to chase it with. Make sure you have Clomid for post cycle and start it 2 weeks after your last shot of T200. Good Luck buddy!
