am 22 years old 5 foot 8 180 pounds...i already lost 20 pounds naturally and kept all my strength
i have been off cycle for 10 weeks now and planing to get back on
am planing to do a 15 week cycle or until i stop getting results at 500 mg than maybe increase to 1000 when i platuea
and also with in 9 weeks ramadan is about to start but am gonna be up all night eating and drinking water...is that ok? or should i wait till Ramadan is over?
also will proviron be good for water bloat?
what about when my tits start etching?
i dont wanna take nolva because I might take gh too...(i know am gonna stay on it for more than 3 months when i find a source)
 
Wtf bro is this a joke.., way too long of a cycle. Do more research bro. Your way of thinking is horrible.

this will be my third cycle.....i tried everything already accept for deca var and igf1....so i basically know how my body reacts to almost all compounds...the only bad side affect is acne when on tren and thats it nothing else

how about U go do some more research

only diet and exercise can help you lose weight.

if weight loss is your goal you don't need steroids at all. its so easy to lose weight if you reduce sugars, salts, and bad fats. and if you get off your ass and exercise.

use steroids to 'help' build muscle and for advanced guys they do much more including preventing catabolism during a cut and preparing for a contest etc. but you are no where near that stage so for now work on your diet and hit the track

once you lean up and then start building back muscle mass (assuming you had any at all).. THEN you can worry about roids. at your age you have a long ways to go.

I only scale my self once a month....my goal is to be as light as possible but lift as much as I can....thats my goal...
I use to be 225 14 percent bf
it is not healthy at all...i felt slow as hell when i was 225
now i feel like i can throw some hands and my cardio is amazing I wont be huffing and puffing 3 minutes in to a fight (and hoping for ppl to break it up)...my legs dosent give up on me before my breath when jogging....thats what i want....i see 230 pound guys pure muscle...but they cant run so they get on the bicycle or walk...whats the point in working out like that?
anybody can put on some wight....but not so many ppl like to cutt and stay fit

btw....more than 2 billion ppl on this planet practice ramadan...and some of them are athletes and are planing to stay awake all night so they can continue to eat like horses
