There are many types of sust out there. Specifically there are two types of Organon Sust 250.

Nile Company Green etching - Made in Holland?
Karachi - Yellow etching - Made in Pakistan

I've used both and don't have a preference. Sometimes the Karachi is a bit cheaper than Nile, put it's the same blend either one.

You should not get impotent from Testosterone -actually quite the opposite. However without proper PCT (Clomid/Nolva/HCG) your libido will bottom out (crash) and your sexual drive (manhood) will be a thing of the past.
