Will sust250 a week do anything?

I really only want to do 10 amps of sust of 8 weeks (6 weeks 250 and 2 weeks 500). Is this even worth it? I'm not looking for huge gains, I'd be satisfied with 15lbs. Or is 15lbs too much to expect even with 500 a week, the right diet and training?

If you have a good diet then you may be able to reach your goals of 15pounds. I would up the Sust to 500mg/week for 8 weeks and make sure you have Clomid for post cycle. Good Luck!

im doing 1 shot every 4 days for 8 weeks then clomid...


(roughly 430mg a week)

that should yield about 20 pounds.

(first REAL cycle..)
 
I'm currently doing sust. I started off with 250mg a week, then the 3rd week went to 500mg. This is the beginning of my 4th week...I should start to feel/notice difference soon I hope. I haven't really seen much yet. Except my balls feeling funny lol.
 
The first cycle i ever did was the decrease the days cycle with sust.I was very happy with my gains.I kept about 15 lbs with clomid therapy.The key is your diet and training.Another thing to remember is that there is really no way to know how your body will respond.Because my body responded well to less than 250mg of sust a week in no way means that yours will as well.Alot of this is trial and error just like training,you have to find what works for you and what your body responds to and go with it.
 
CesarSJU, it takes about 4-5 weeks before you really begin to feel the sus. All of a sudden you will notice strength increase, size, and feeling so much better. Sus. is one of my favorites.
 
youll feel 250mg a week. if possible id up it to 500 but if you dont wanna risk water retention or something like that, stay at 250 and eat like a horse. you could gain 15
 
I'd say it all depends on your diet.

If you eat to bulk, you should gain the 15 lbs your looking for, as I did on my first cycle. Actually I gained 25, kept 15. I ate like a horse on this cycle and gained alot of bodyfat along with the lean mass.
I'm now in the middle of my second cycle of sus @ 500/week and due to my new job, I'm forced to eat less, and have dropped alot of bodyfat, probably about 3 or 4 %, but I'm about 3 lbs heavier on the scale, and my muscles are noticably bigger and more ripped, and the veins are starting to pop out in my shoulders. I have 3 more weeks to go, so hopefully I'll gain another 5 pounds or so of lean mass.

Diet is the key.
 
i would run the sus250 like this

weeks1-2 500mg
weeks 3-8 250mg+
weeks 10 100 mg clomid ED
weeks 11-12 50mg clomid ED

there is no need to ramp the sus. make sure you have some clomid for the end to get your natural test kicking again. always good to keep some nolvadex on hand as well just in case of any sign of gyno.
