Will roid gains vanish EVEN if genetic potential is not reach yet?

I do believe that if you were to build a SOLID foundation 100% naturally, then if you do LIGHT aas cycles you can keep much of what you gained. Example: 2 6 week cycles per year. Use HCG and PCT afterwards.

I think with something small and light like that, you can gain some good size and quality and keep most of it when coming off. When going to the big boy cycles and you start looking unnatural, that's when you will lose it. The more you use, the more you lose.

Tbh m8 I don't wanna look like a big freak just wanna have some size and be shredded not into the big body builder look more the aesthetic look

Then really kill it in the gym naturally for another year at least. Learn how to eat correctly.
Then when you're ready run some ECA and Anavar for 6-8 weeks. Take a little HCG in the middle. Run PCT. You'll gain a good 6bs of muscle while losing some bodyfat. This is what I did the first time I ever used a hormone. Just my opinoin :supercool

I definitely agree with this. That's why you see IFBB pros using 1-2g of test a week when they are OFF, just to maintain their freakish physiques
 
Blast and cruise with Hcg is what I do. I am 40 and im not ever coming off. That is a very personal decision as there are health risks associated with this method. You absolutely have to have blood work done as Conan said.

I know guys who do short cycles with long esters and keep most gains, probably due to a fast turnaround of cycles ie 6 weeks on 10 weeks off etc.

Does HCG keep the swimmers healthy with blast and cruise?

Some very interesting and good points you made,. Ill put my weight now so it becomes clear. Im right now bulking clean. Im 5´9 and 169lbs when waking up in the morning at 13.7% fat measured with 9 points calipers.(my bone build isnt big but more of an ectomorphic-type 6.5" wrists) Anyway I havent trained constantly for 10 years unfortunately, life realities made me take huge year-long breaks from training and I went years off. here and there.

so.., it seems best to gain as much as possible naturally as you explained guys? becuz this way the muscle is "matured" and will stay on without trouble i.e. as I thought originally.


I would be 225 at 8% bodyfat and walk around clean all day. But you can't do that. You either get fatter and keep weight or you stay lean but lose mass. That's why lots of guys do the "Blast and cruise." If doing this, get bloodwork done very periodically and again, I suggest HCG throughout to keep some function of the testes.

I have a question to you since you have experience with gear though: could you stay lean at 10% year around with your genetic potential reached weight? or isnt that possible without drugs either? my goal is to be 10% year around with good amount of muscle that is achieved naturally. so that is 5´9 at around maybe 175lbs at 10%fat year around? is that possible without drug assistance guys?
