I am excited to try Phase2 soon, I started Phase1 early January and I am 5'10" was 175lbs now around 182lbs 5 weeks later. Looking to get to 190lbs with no belly what so ever, and bigger muscles in upper body, need to work on cardio a little harder.
Anyways will Phase2 continue to add more mass to me and help me bulk up some more ? That is the whole point in my doing the Omega program, to get more muscle packed onto my thin frame, I want to get bigger, especially the arms and shoulders, I want those t-shirt busting arms
