When i take Xenadrine before my workout and then i drink half a carbo drink w/protein powder & 5g of creatine I get the shits afterwards. So i immedietly haveto take Immodium AD afterwards. Of course if i don't take Xenadrine before the work out then my stomach don't get tore up from the stuff i take afterwards. So does immodium AD fuck up the protein absoption or what? Its sucks that ECA stacks tear my stomach up!
