Yes it works very well for prog related gyno. Never used DECA but it works wonders on tren gyno. At least for me it has.

Dostinex is taken during the cycle to prevent the build up of Prolactin which is responsible for the gynecomastia.

On deca you can begin taking Dostinex the day you being your cycle. If using tren start dostinex a week before. Use throughout the cycle and 3 weeks afterwards

Dostinex should be used along with all the nandrolones (TREN, Fina, Deca) to control prolactin levels. I also recommend a less expensive alternative..use low dose injectable winstrol (50mg mon, wed, fri). I do not work with tren or fina, but I do recommend a winstrol stack or dostinex if DECA doses exceed 400mg weekly.
