will cardio burn off sugar?

i'm not the one who can give you the best answer here..... i do not follow a ketogenic type diet. i eat 100-400 carbs per day (250 on average.) but when i run 8 miles at night then go to bed.... when i wake up and pee on my bayer keto sticks i'm showing (Dark red) major ketones!

You can, it's not optimal. Just like saying can I eat 10 big-macs and burn it off w/ cardio; yes, but it's not feasible. If you're looking into doing a CKD, stick to 20-30g per day.
