Just ordered the Erase and Alpha T-2 from my good man Orbit and will be adding Omega's Ultima product along with some DAA. I will be logging it on here and hopefully I'll see even more fatloss on my way to the coveted 5% BF goal.

HAHHA, cuz that shiz gives you effects within a a day or two of using it while other DAA products take a week to kick in for most. Plus I get the most focus and aggression/libido from this version of DAA. When I get really aggressive and happy, I take poops on myself.:D

I will be testing out a fabulous new fatburner soon, but got the Alpha and Erase in friday and decided to give it a run. One quick question for ya'll. What were the sides you noticed with these products (if you've used them) and how did you dose it?

I've taken 3 of both today and I really haven't felt anything but an unusually good pump. No heat, no focus no nothin, but maybe I'm confused....I guess I was just expecting more of an "oomph!"
 
Rick, I've got my A-2 and Erase ordered as well. I am stacking those two with some Need2Sln which I already have in my possession. I will start my own log and just add it to yours (if that's ok) as soon as the A2 and Erase arrive. I can't wait to try this combo.

I may have to go ahead and start the Need2Sln tonight because the wait is killing me...... But I'll add in the A2 and Erase as soon as I get them. And oh yeah I'm a fat fuck and I am not dieting (just working out and eating like a pig) so this will be a real test of these products.
 
Yep totally ok man. The need2slin I'm also rocking. I used t take 4 caps a day but the hunger I get off this thing is ridiculous so I'm scaling it back to two.

Today was the second day of the Alpha/Erase. I had a great sense of focus, but still no heat and no energy....somebody say something motivating here!

Haha I missed your post Rick. Your certainly not the only guy to not feel the heat from the T2. Most do, but alot of the reviews out there are also from the summertime. When I ran it in the fall I didnt sweat anywhere close to as much as the first time I ran it, but I still burned up as much weight.

Are you getting any of the appetite suppresion off the T2? Do you take the morning 2 first thing pre everything?

Dont know what to say. Most people seem to notice at least one of those. Id keep it in there may be that is effecting you, but you dont get any of the outward indicators.
 
Today is Day three. I took another 2 caps of each on an empty stomach before I went lifting. On a side note, I didn't even feel like lifting but when I got there the focus kicked in. Today is the hardest of all workout days in the Insane Train Protocol. It's 12 exercises all 12-24 reps with no breaks at all between exercises. It's three circuits so about 450 reps total. It sucks and it's full body gas-out exercises too. BUT I felt like a damn machine, and I got a great sweat on. Here's one thing, If it works I don't care if I can't feel it! I couldn't feel Katanadrol and it sure as santa claus shit worked!!!!

I LOVE circut based training, keeps testosterone the highest and I feel like I actually trained. Very ideal for athletes and builds up cardio big time. Btw, what does a German pancake consist of?

Super easy to make too!

Take 6 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp of salt and mix it in a blender. Then take a 1/2 stick of butter and melt in a 1" deep pan. Mine I think is 1''X9"X13". Then take your mixture and pour it in the pan and bake it at 420 degrees for 20 min.

Then take out and Dominate!

I'll mix in PB chips too sometimes........making aaaaaahhhhh homer simpson sounds right now.

Now here's the million dollar question: How do we make it healthier!?

Not to hijack... but you're in Southern Utah? I'm originally from Cache Valley (opposite end) way up north. I'm in Idaho now but same time zone.. that's funny. Hehe.

Back to the post: I did USP Labs Oxy Elite Pro a year ago.. nothing has beat that for appetite suppressing in my book. I would forget to eat for 8 hours (all day at work) and still not be hungry.. You have to literally force and remember to eat, never have an appetite. Almost too suppressing.
 
That's pretty much what I need. Orbit has that specific stack,but I went with the erase. Erase has a very promising effect on dramatically decreasing cortisol. I believe that's my biggest hindrance when I get below 8% BF. I'm trying to get to 5%. I need a really good appetite suppressant, I'll have to check out Oxy Elite.

That recipe asks for a lot of eggs, I like it. Personally its not that unhealthy, if one wants to use egg whites, just up the egg whites to 10 instead of 6 whole eggs, and instead of regular flour, use quinoa flour or whole grain flour. Shiet looks good to me:D

I hear ya man, but that .....that's just inhuman. To be that strong, but yet be that fit, both aerobically and anaerobically, plus be that fast....well that's just retarded man. With those credentials you could, and should, do anything you damn want to in the sporting or competitive world.

Thanks bro, my father always told me that the best athletes were COMPLETE and all-around athletes, and as I grew up I studied the most successful athletes from all sports, and that was the truth. So, when I trained, I trained ALL apsects, to improve my whole all-around game, I always tell my boys that I prefer competing over pussy...
 
If I didn't know you, I would probably think you're a deuche. Hahahahaha. That's sweet man, I know you help me with my training. I've got horrible genetics, so pretty much I'm screwed there. No beasty Strength, Anxiety and asthma so no lungs. It's all good though, cause no one in the gym (excluding you) and on the otherside of the net want's it as much as me, or works for it like I do. I just hope hard work can and will be enough.

Day 4. It's going really well. I'm leaning up, and it's killed my appetite which is actually a good thing for me, plus I'm in a lot better mood too. But I think that's the cortisol being suppressed.
 
HAHA, yeah the main reason I am able to push is because of my drive/heart/will to keep going, that is the main reason I joined MMA because of my will to fight every battle in life and never give up. I want to get a vid for ya good peeps, my first problem is I have no one close to me that has a camcorder. Secondly, even I composed a vid, I don't know how to get it onto a forum LOL. I aint cpu savy at all. Lets put it like this, I am better at animalistic things than technology based stuff...

Well, T-2 has completely killed my appetite. Like to a point where it might not be good, plus the only thing I feel like eating is carbs. Which is no bueno. I only ate twice today, a decent breakfast, not super clean, and then Chicken and steamed veggies. I played ball so I burned cals more than what was in breakfast. I felt great, I was very positive today which I think is also the T-2 and the Erase. Here is my only gripe. I don't know if I'm burning fat. Since It's killed the appetite, which is also killing my thirst, I'm not taking enough water in to shed the subQ water. Needless to say I look flat, fat, and unbuff. So I'm a little distraught. Any advice my good brothers?
 
I was taking erase and a liposhred stack at the same time. And I managed to burn alot of fat off. (I posted a before and after in pictures section).

My suggestion....Since I know how it is. Sometimes I would only eat about 2-3 pieces of bread a day, is to plan out an easting schedule. Id suggest to plan it out, hungry or not, just eat what you have planned and nothing more. Maybe have a snack like a better bar handy or something.

As for water intake, I also had that problem. And to solve it, honestly. With the pills in the morning id just chug and chug the water right there. And Id mainly just think, yeah im not thirsty or hungry, but I need the water. So I just chugged massive quanities at once rather than sippin on it during the day, because it was just unappetizing if i was intaking something all day.

Dont know if these are very healthy tips or not, but they worked for me.
