Im going to Europe for the spring break and while Im there I usually have big family reunions and they eat TONS of wild boar meat! As far Im concern wild boar meat has lot of fat but its very delicious... I think(correct me if Im wrong) that most of the fat of wild boar its on the skin and I wont eat the skin although the skin its delcious
but Im more into the meat itself...Is that ok to have just the wild boar meat? NOTE: Im on a cutting diet right now but during spring break Im going to relax just a little bit so extra calories wont be a problem once a week(sunday)
