I was lifting Saturday night doing clean-up on muscles I kind of slacked off on and I was doing curls fairly heavy. When all of a sudden I twisted wrong or something and I got a pain just where the bottom of my rib cage ends. It was not that bad until the next day when it was kind of hard to twis and or to breath really meaning it hurt when I inhaled. Kind of feels like a muscle was kinked and I strained it when it was kinked but not sure. I was feeling much better today when I twisted real quick again out of reaction to catch something and now I am right back to where I started from with the bad pain again. Anyone else had something like this happen? How long did it last? Do you have any idea what it is? ideas appreciated. In all actuality it feels kind of like it is in under the bottom of my rib cage.
