whats up every body . im new to the site i think it great. i need a bit of advise if anyboby willing to give it. i'm very new to the gear game and i need to know which ones will help me lose fat and put on the mucsle. what i should start with and how much. thanks for any help.:confused: :confused:
 
ALL AAS will help you maintain mass(or even add a bit) while dieting. Dont expect AAS to be a magic bbullet to shed lbs cause it wont happen. For that you need DNP.

what are your stats right now? are skinny? fat? those will determine the road you will choose.
 
Everyone is likley gonna want some more specifics before doling out advice. Any idea on actual body fat %? How long have you been training and do you have your diet in check? What are your concerns when choosing an AAS? Do you have to worry about drug tests, worried about hair loss etc etc etc.
 
i would start off with test and deca.

try running:
test/400mg/week
deca/300mg/week
arimidex .25mg/ed
for 8 weeks

make this into a cutting cycle,

eat 12cal per lb of bodyweight
65%protein, 25%carbs, 10%fats
brake those calories over 5-6 meals, do cardio 30min 3-4 times per week
 
Tx since your a beginer get you diet in order first. Do search or go the diet board. As zyg said they can help with loss but arent magic. Aside from the chems wether its bulking up or cutting diet is number one. Good starting point is 10-12 cal x lean body weight .
