Yesterday I bought myself a tub of Pro Lab N-Large 2. I've heard good things about it as a weight gainer.. I was told that although it's got protein etc.. you don't want to be taking it as a PWO (post workout) because it takes about 2 hours to absorb into your body. So I bought Whey ISO Burst Protein that absorbs within 30 minutes to be used as my PWO. The N-Loader I am taking in the morning and at night to aid me in my bulking diet.
