Bro I hear you. I gained 40lbs on my first test cycle. Granted most of it was water and bros were callin me out as quite the fatus. However I did retain a good bit of strength in the end after I depuffed.
quick question, do you know for squating how much over your body weight is when your suppose to use them wraps? I've never used them and was curious ??

I have always put on weight pretty quick but then seem to top out and never can pass 220. This cycle I am doing a little different and eating like a monster. In 2 weeks I have added about 10 lbs
