why would get pins require sig confirmation?

Sounds like a mix up on their end. I've never had it happen with them in the past either.

Just be sure to suck and plunge rubbing alcohol in them after you use them for injection. Then you have no residue in them.

i order form them once a month atleast and never have they said sig conf is required..weird kinda has me noid..was for some filters vials etc..120 so worth order...

you should thank your cvs for allowing you, i have a script for pins and i went in to the pharmacy to ask for a smaller gauge since my doc prescribed me 18 gauge and they said absolutly not

I think every pharmacy discriminates. even if that state allows the purchase of syringes without a script. I've gone into a pharmacy with a wife beater, flanel jacket and baggy sweat pants asking for syringes. at that time they handed them over and said have a nice day. Probably because they thought I was a heroin user and would rather me be safe. While the other time I have strolled into a pharmacy with my suit and tie and they straight up denied me and pretty much interrogated me on the subject.
