why take dbol when you dont workout?

Nelson your logic is sound IMHO IF you have a test base or an injectable base that has constant blood concentration levels. This would mean the Dbol is simply a training aid and you are actually trying to achieve that ''spike'' in concentration levels.

The same can be said for people that use ephedrine (like me) or pro plus to assist in training but in this case the thread starter asked as if it was Dbol only with no reference to other meds.

I do agree if just using as a training enhancement but would say there is far better than 5-10mg Dbol

I agree Nelson. Liver is essential to overall organ health, and to save it a little is good, but also I see if your getting high protein synthsis from the dbol then maybe smaller doseges like 10mg can be effictive at getting only the benifits out of dbol. I do notice if you dont stay active when taking dbol it is not needed at high dos. because your metabolism is slower,....its only need at high doseage such as a workout. And yes I was gonna be taking test with it but still only a week into it so there is no effect of the test yet. so its almost as taking it alone the first 2 weeks....so anyone agree you should dose and take dbol according to metabolic activity endured through out its half life?
 
i have done it both ways and haven't noticed a difference, except that if i only take the 5 mg's of Dbol instead of the the 25mg's before i workout i don't get as good of a workout. i guess that could be fixed with either N.O. Xplode or Amplify 02.
 
I think the debate is the methodology of taking an AAS cycle or simple using a short half life med such as Dbol as a training aid / stimulant.

IMHO there are better taining aids / stimulants than Dbol but i would agree there are two different approaches to take

Yes i have used Dbol as a training aid bt found ephedrine far more effective

well then maybe we could have the best of both worlds, on days we workout we could take the lets say a 25mg dose 45 mins pre workout and on days of we could just spread out the dose through out the day at like 5 mg's every couple hours for a total of 25mg's
