Why so many cutting threads???

Doesn't anyone want pure mass anymore? I realize it's the summer, but abs are overrated! Anyone want to run a contest on this board? Or a "friendily" comp, mass is top goal!

You answerd your own question bro. Its summer time. Everyone wants to stroll down the beaches with shreadded abs! Thats just the way it is :coffee:

I bulk in the winter, and cut in the summer. :Chef:

Like he said, unless you live in Australia this is cutting season.

i want my ABS bad, but my diet is 100% so, if you actually read my log, u can see that im cutting, but im still gaining mass while my abs are coming in.
THIS IS NOT THE NORM, i seriously know my diet 100%, to the point where i will deplete gycogen levels on cardio days, etc.

Jkurz, me and shades are in a race/competition to deadlift 500lbs. =]
So were atlease killing that shit!

DIET DIET DIET!!!

Anyone can have shredded abs...well, almost anyone.....MASSIVE and shredded abs are a differnent animal all together.....I say lean bulk 365 days a year, keep it clean, keep up the cardio and eat your arsh off.......

There is a board specifically catered for diet, no one diet is going to work for all.

I dont see the point in cutting really, im looking for mass, taking into account I dont get extremely bloated. I really couldnt give a crap if I look good for the beach or not, I laugh at people who juice to get pussy. Then again everyone has different objectives.

Thx guys, I appreciate the compliments. I've been bustin my ass harder than ever.

I've never ever tried to dial in my diet before. I've always ate what I want, when I want... and lost weight anytime I wanted. But I've never just been ultra-shredded before. I got motivated to get back into my college shape before I got married at the end of last year so thats what got me goin.

My diet is fairly consistent during the week. The only meal I dont really control is dinner because my wife cooks it, but she does a fairly decent job for a kitchen-retard. The only bad thing is a lot of times we have some fairly high-carb meals for dinner around 6 which I could definitely improve on.

Thx to Mr. X for helping me with my current diet, which is as follows:

4:30am
50g whey isolate, 1 scoop creatine in water, 1tsp Flax Oil
small portion of tuna salad made with 1 egg yolk, and 5 egg whites, celery, relish etc

7:00am
50g whey isolate in water
1/3 cup oats

12:00
6 inch roasted chicken breast on wheat from subway with water (a lot of improvement could be done here, im just too lazy!)

2:00
50g whey isolate in water, 1 tbsp MCT Oil

3:00
this is when I get off work and workout

4:30
PWO shake 50g whey, 50g dextrose, 1 scoop glutamine and creatine

6:30ish
dinner.

I had been using Glucorell and Sesapure up until my supply ran out. I pop 1 thermorexin before I workout. I also apply YES to my stomach and love handle area prior to workout (been doing this for 2 months now i think).

I do my normal weight routine which is a fast paced kinda lazy hybrid circuit-style training routine, which gives me a good cardio workout while I lift. During the week I normally only run 1 mile on a treadmill after workout. Im too lazy to run more... I hate running, lol. And I get up at 4 for work, so its a tad too difficult to get up and run on an empty stomach in the AM which would be ideal. On the weekends I run around my neighborhood about 2.75 miles a day, but my diet also goes to shit during the weekend mostly.

I went on a 16 week 550Test/500dDeca bulker and ended that in May at 220 from about 185-190 and around 17% BF from around 10%. My diet during my bulker was more clean than normal but could have been tons better.

I cut naturally for about a month, and then kicked in a 2 week Clen cycle, and began using thermorexin after that. I actually have a thread out there titled "BEGINS TODAY - Clen, CardioBreeze, Thermorexin, Sesapure, Glucorell-R, YES" or something to that affect if you feel like tracking it down.

After cutting down naturally I had a situation come up that caused me to want to try to cut much quicker, so I decided to shift right into a new cutter of 800EQ/500Test for 25 weeks, with 7 weeks of 50mgs ed thrown in there somewhere... I think Im going to start the winny in 2 weeks. Currently I just finished week 4 of that cycle.

So thats what ive been on and how I got to where I am. As you can see the diet is decent, but could definitely be improved in a lot of ways. However Im not looking to compete, so I am satisfied with my progress thus far.

thanks again for the compliments guys. This diet has damn near killed me. I never thought dieting would be so god damn hard MENTALLY. I have always been mentally strong, and consider myself mentally stronger than your average motherfucker. But this diet has caused me to have cravings like ive never seen before! If I didnt have pictures of my progress and the support of people on this board, I would have definitely kicked the diet to the curb by now.


Its late, and I just got in from a 3 hour drive from being in a wedding. Im goin to crash now! :coffee:
 
I never really cared about cutting...

My weight usually varied between 307 and 302 lbs...

About two months ago, I decided to see whats underneath...

I'm down to 269...a little clen...but mainly a clean diet.

Diet is where it is at...whether you are wanting to add muscle or lean....

Another little secret...I'm doing very little cardio...Its all in what you eat!!!!!

See, and I think ANYONE can get Massive, cause I'm and Endo/Mesomorph..... I need a strict diet, heavy cardio, and enough Clen/ECA/T3 that would kill a horse to get shredded abs.... I'm so jealous of guys that get cut easy, like REALLY jealous..... Funny, cause most guys are jealous of how easy it is for me to Grow, so it works 2 ways I guess.....

bottom line for me is that i look & feel better lean (with abs)... was at 205 in jan (fatass 15-17%ish) when i cleaned up the diet...(run'n tren off & on thruout year at 40mg ed)...kept liftn heavy, NO cardio... got to about 11-12% with no diet drugs by march/april...then hit 6 weeks of t-3/clen/kitotifen/YES & tighened up the diet alittle more.... just went off the those diet drugs (at 8-9%) & run'n ECA for a few weeks... it's insane... at 180 im get'n more comments than ever about how much musclemass i've PUT ON ???? people think i've GAINED ?? i think its cause my shoulders/chest/arms etc are defined, vascular & striated (shredded)... and my waist went from 34" to 30", creating the "illusion" that the rest of my body is bigger... abs were a mythical dream for me... always wanted a 6 pack but couldnt figure the diet/supplement thing out till i started read'n these posts...thank you guys for that !! (im 38 yrs)... im gonna try to put on another 5-10 lbs of lean mass this winter but stay closer to 10% so i dont have to diet so hard next spring...see ya bros
