Anyone can have shredded abs...well, almost anyone.....MASSIVE and shredded abs are a differnent animal all together.....I say lean bulk 365 days a year, keep it clean, keep up the cardio and eat your arsh off.......

bonscott said:bottom line for me is that i look & feel better lean (with abs)... was at 205 in jan (fatass 15-17%ish) when i cleaned up the diet...(run'n tren off & on thruout year at 40mg ed)...kept liftn heavy, NO cardio... got to about 11-12% with no diet drugs by march/april...then hit 6 weeks of t-3/clen/kitotifen/YES & tighened up the diet alittle more.... just went off the those diet drugs (at 8-9%) & run'n ECA for a few weeks... it's insane... at 180 im get'n more comments than ever about how much musclemass i've PUT ON ???? people think i've GAINED ?? i think its cause my shoulders/chest/arms etc are defined, vascular & striated (shredded)... and my waist went from 34" to 30", creating the "illusion" that the rest of my body is bigger... abs were a mythical dream for me... always wanted a 6 pack but couldnt figure the diet/supplement thing out till i started read'n these posts...thank you guys for that !! (im 38 yrs)... im gonna try to put on another 5-10 lbs of lean mass this winter but stay closer to 10% so i dont have to diet so hard next spring...see ya bros
