Why Nolva ED?

I've read conflicting opinions on this.

Some say to 'keep it on hand' just in case symptoms of gyno appear while others say take ED regardless. I've also read, on this board, that taking Nolva ED could reduce the effectiveness of the Test.

During my cycle of 500mg Test E for 12 weeks I've have not been taking Nolva at all(except for a few days in the beginning) because I have not experienced any symptoms of gyno.



So what's the deal? Why would you take Nolva ED if you don't need to?

You dont need to take it ED. People say take it ED or you'll bloat up like a marshmellow, but I disagree. I havent touched it and never had a problem with gyno or bloat. I did use proviron whenever I noticed i was getting puffy, helped immediately. I am only taking it for PCT. And it does reduce the effectiveness of the test. I dont understand why anyone would run it ED throughout, unless you are prone to get gyno.

If you were running a cycle like this: Test 750mg, Deca 600mg, D-bol 50mg, then you would have to use nolva everyday. But not when using Test 500mg week by itself.......

no, you would NOT have to run nolva ED. Run an AI like arimidex ED and nolvadex should not even be an issue unless you have gyno symptoms.
